The Basics Fund:  Raising funds to pay for artists' health insurance while simultaneously promoting their work through publications and events.

Featured Artist: Jonson Kuhn

Jonson Kuhn is a playwright and short fiction author out of Denver, Colorado. He is most well known for his plays, Denver, Cowgirls Blame it on Monday, and Redneck in Shining Armor. Additionally, his work in short fiction earned him the opportunity to tour the Midwest behind his chapbook, The Trails of Bitter Buffalo.  To befriend this man directly, click here.

Featured Donor: The Fox Theatre

Not only does The Fox Theatre consistently host legendary musical performances, but it is also the first venue to donate complementary tickets for our driver and chaperones so that they don't have to wait outside in a cold bus while everyone else is inside dancing pants to crazy tunes.  For this, The Basics Fund will always be grateful.
