I understand that Worland Warriors Bus Parties are Charity Fund Raising Events, and that all proceeds go The Basics Fund, inc.

I understand that if there is alcohol on the bus, it is provided only for people 21 years of age and older.  I understand that if I am  under the age of 21, and I  consume alcohol, I am  breaking the law, and I promise not to hold either The Basics Fund, Inc., or Dustin Huth, or any individual or entity  other than myself responsible for my decision, or any of the direct or indirect consequences of that decision.

I understand that it is possible, but not condoned, for people to consume illegal drugs while on the bus or at the event.  I understand that these drugs may affect people�s behavior, and I have decided to ride the bus anyway.

I understand that if I feel that my own or some one else�s safety is being compromised beyond a level with which I am comfortable, it is my responsibility to alert The Bus Driver, The Basics Fund Representative, or another individual capable of remedying the situation.

I understand that if a Worland Warriors Bus Party is cancelled after members have already signed up for it, members will be notified of the cancellation as early as possible, and points will be refunded to the member�s TBF account.  Under special circumstances, donations may be refunded to the member in the form of cash, check, or credit card refund.  Refunds must be requested by the member within 30 days of the scheduled event.  Please don�t request refunds unless it is actually warranted, i.e. you had to miss the event entirely, or had to arrange your own transportation to or from the event due to a mechanical failure.
